Transformative Volunteerism

for Terrestrial Sciences

Volunteering for Nature has its perks: You can gain experience for a job, meet fantastic people, learn more—the list continues!

However, how do we get people to express their care? How do we get community involvement in nature projects?

Together, we'll learn about the successes and hardships of volunteering.

The solution can transform any nature volunteer event into a heart-to-Earth Grassroots effort.

In other words, learn more, motivate volunteers, and fill your heart space for the love of nature.

This talk is great for grassroots, community engagement, science, and communication events or themes.

Collaboration for Sustainable Futures

We all want to do something meaningful. Many organizations or companies address big problems. Big problems can look like alleviating poverty, solving climate change, closing the gender wage gap, or collaboration for a sustainable future.

The mission is unachievable when there is a lack collaboration.

What is the root of this lack?

In this talk, understand Future Fog, Collaborative Culture, and how future literacy can cultivate collaboration for sustainable futures.

Learn how to create spaces for hope and alternative futures in your organization or agency.

Learn a necessary skill for transformational change.

This talk is great for organizations, sustainability, and internal training events or themes.

Tori put together a great presentation that explained the program and encouraged the audience to participate by volunteering at our community tree-planting events.

Tori gave each presentation enthusiastically and positively, making it easy for the audience to stay engaged.

Hello, I'm Tori Manley, an environmental activist of 15 years.

The Energy of Nature felt like my first language. Being among nature feels well- Natural! Being barefoot, climbing trees, swimming, being in nature can bring joy and peace. That peace and joy is is so important to function, connect and live a full life.

As humans, nature is important for our physical, spiritual, emotional and social well being.

When we are in alignment with nature as individuals or as a collective society, we are aligned with ourselves.
Basically, when nature is in flow, we are in flow.

I believe that

The Earth going through unsustainable development. This is a direct reflection of the state of humanity. When we are working against nature, we work against ourselves.

My ultimate mission is to learn more about cultivating belonging in the community and help people develop a relationship with nature, and help create spaces for healing.

When I'm not speaking, you can reach me at ToriManlySpeaking@gmail.com. I'm excited to connect and collaborate at your next event, working together to drive positive change and shape a deeply sustainable future.
